RENTAL AGREEMENT
Hot Studios New York is a natural light photo studio located at 39 W 14th Street, New York, NY 10011. The studio is available for hourly, half-day, full-day, and small event rentals. The minimum booking period is 1 hour.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Renter must read and agree to the Terms of Service. Payment must be made in full to confirm the desired booking date and time.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made on our website, hotstudiosnewyork.com. We do not accept checks or physical credit/debit cards on location.

AMENITIES AND SPACES AVAILABLE FOR RENTER USE

  Renter must remain inside Suite 406 for the duration of their rental. Renter or anyone in their party is not permitted to enter the private offices of Sauce Media Group or any other suites within the building.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
If hourly rentals are canceled more than 48 hours before the booking, Hot Studios New York will issue a full refund. If canceled within 48 hours, a partial refund will be issued, with 50% withheld as a cancellation fee. Day-of cancellations will not receive a refund. Any bookings that need to be rescheduled must notify Hot Studios New York within 48 hours of the original booking and must reschedule within 1 week to avoid any fees. If a new date is not booked within 1 week of the original booking, the full amount will be held as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling credits will be offered and tracked by Hot Studios New York. Day-of reschedules will incur a 50% rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis, and Hot Studios New York cannot guarantee specific dates or times. Full or half-day rentals must be canceled at least 1 week in advance to receive a full refund, or at least 4 days in advance to receive a 50% refund. Full or half-day reschedules must be requested at least 1 week prior to the scheduled date to avoid a cancellation fee.

PARKING
Hot Studios New York is not responsible for parking. There is public parking available near the building and street parking along the block. Hot Studios New York is not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles. Please do not leave valuables in your car.

LIGHTING
Hot Studios New York is a natural light photography studio. Lighting conditions vary based on weather, time of day, and season. No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction with lighting caused by weather or natural conditions.

SCHEDULE TIME
Renter must arrive on time for their booking. There may be bookings scheduled before or after your rental. If renter or their party arrives late (without fault of Hot Studios New York), additional rental time is not guaranteed and no refund will be issued.

Arriving more than 5 minutes early or staying more than 5 minutes after the scheduled rental time will be considered overtime and billed accordingly, with a 1-hour minimum.

PAPER BACKDROP RENTAL
Renter is responsible for setting up any paper rolls rented from Hot Studios New York. Set-up and takedown of personal items, including paper rolls, must be completed within the booked time slot. If additional time is needed, please check with a Hot Studios New York representative 15 minutes before the end of your rental. If the studio is available, extra time will be billed accordingly.

HOT STUDIOS NEW YORK REPRESENTATIVES

RENTAL EXPECTATIONS
Music must be kept at a reasonable volume, as Hot Studios New York is located in a shared building. You are welcome to play music at a chill volume. If moving furniture, mirrors, or other studio items, please do so with at least two people and with extreme care. Do not drag items across the floor. Many of our vintage pieces are delicate and must be treated with care. No drinking, smoking, vaping, or drug use is permitted within Hot Studios New York. Violators will be asked to leave and no refunds will be issued. Renter may bring their own equipment or props, but Hot Studios New York prohibits the use of damaging materials such as nails or tacks. You may use wall-friendly materials like painter's tape, Fun Tak, or Command Strips. Hot Studios New York is a safe, inclusive space for creatives. We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior toward Hot Studios New York representatives, including verbal or physical assault. Violators will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.

STUDIO FURNITURE
We strive to keep Hot Studios New York feeling fresh with updated props and furniture. Our furniture selection is subject to change at any time. If there is a specific prop or piece of furniture you wish to use that you’ve seen in our marketing materials, please confirm availability with us prior to booking. CLEANING
Please leave the studio exactly as you found it. Cleaning must be completed within your booked time slot. If the space is not left as it was, a $30 cleaning fee will be invoiced. Items left behind will incur a $25 fee. The owner has 48 hours to retrieve forgotten items, after which they will be considered abandoned and donated to charity.

THEFT & DAMAGES
Hot Studios New York is not responsible for theft, injury, or other incidents involving renter or their party. Any damage to the space, furniture, plants, or rental equipment is the renter's responsibility and will be billed accordingly. Inventory is taken after each booking; missing items will be charged at full replacement cost.

VIDEOGRAPHERS
Hot Studios New York is located in a shared building with other businesses. Background noise is possible, and renters understand that Hot Studios New York cannot control noise originating outside the studio. While we have taken measures to soundproof the space, some echo remains. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with sound quality.

RENTER PARTY
Renter is responsible for informing all members of their party of the rules and expectations outlined in this agreement.
